Features
Gussets
All of our folder designs can be gusseted or ungusseted. Ungusseted folders are perfect for up to 10 sheets of 80gm paper, however a 2mm gusseted folder can hold up to 20 sheets, and a 4mm gusseted folder holds 40 sheets.
Lamination
Our Folders can be finished with a Gloss or Matt Lamination, on one or both sides. Digital Embossing is also available on this product.
Please note: If colour goes across the fold (on any side) we strongly recommend lamination to help prevent cracking on the fold.
Assembly
Folders are supplied flat with interlocking pockets or with double sided tape applied for easy assembly at time of use. Alternatively they can be supplied fully assembled if preferred for an additional price, additional turnaround time and additional carriage cost.
Business Card Slots
All A4 Folders can be supplied with slots to hold a business card on either the vertical or horizontal flaps at an extra charge of £25.00 + VAT. If this option is required, please specify the card position at the time of ordering (bottom flap or side flap).
Folder Designs
We offer a large variety of custom templates for the assembly of our folders, which you can view at www.specialshapes.co.uk .
If the folder design you require is not available then we can make a special cutting forme for your requirements. The cost of this starts at £170 + VAT for a forme based on a folder to store A5 Documents, or £220 + VAT for A4. These costs will be halved if you allow the forme to be used on www.specialshapes.co.uk for our other clients.
